The background on UnderConstruction is nice, gives the theme a nice physical feel. How do you think that texture or similar would look when applied to other elements like icon tiles, phone tiles, keyboard, status bar, etc? I think a theme with all physical-looking/textured elements could look very interesting.

One "bug" I see is on the task switcher button (three layered circles). There are two white pixels that got in the image somehow.
