IŽd say 6 or 7. 6 has a bigger logo and the text stands out a bit better in 7.

I cannot find cities near to me in MeeCast in conjunction with openweathermap. But in OWM there are there.
For example:

http://openweathermap.org/city/2933410
Any hints to solve this?
