I suspect that recent Nokia-related events have taken some toll on you and perhaps you need a vacation. I suggest taking a weekend at a spa or perhaps go on a vacation to someplace warm with delicious drinks topped with tiny umbrellas. MS ain't dumb. I'm sure all these things (and so much more) are already covered in the contract. They won't just handover $1B without elaborate legalities to cover all kinds of possibilities to protect their ***. (And likewise, Nokia have their squad of lawyers too to protect their interest in a huge agreement like this)
