What I wonder about is why people still speculate that it will be available this year in Finland only and ask Jolla in what countries it will be initially released in.
As usual, just read the FAQ :
Two things bother me, though...
- the lack of any mention of China (I believe this will change with the Chinese New Year)
- Yandex. You can disagree, but I'd rather have an NSA integrated service than a Russian one. It is a wide known fact all major bussineses in Russia need to cooperate with the government. And you know, the Russian government is far 'less predictable' than the US'.
(no offense Custodian, Ancelad and others)
Anybody who installs Android apps is asking for trouble whatever the source...
It sure is... Does anyone remember/care to find out how long "pretty soon" has previously meant? Could they have a set code for such phrases? =)

Actually I belive it's pretty near launch now. All the signs are pointing that way.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Managing development and performance of Jolla’s e-commerce store
Analyzing trends in online customer demand and ensuring they match Jolla’s supply plan
Developing ideas on how to best merchandise Jolla’s products in an online environment
Developing capability and executing online marketing and sales campaigns in coordination with Sales and Marketing (e.g. pre-orders, sales, promotions, SoMe)
Managing speed of service (inventories, delivery times, delivery quality)
Managing overall store revenue, turnover and costs with finance and accounting teams
Web analytics, tracking and reporting on-line sales
A skilled SEO expert together with email marketing experience
Ensuring returns are handled appropriately in coordination with Jolla’s customer service team

- they seem to indicate that they are now about 90 (they used 80 for long time)
- it seems some of the job descriptions refer to ODM so that may indicated that the 'sailfish alliance' is getting somewhere

- the job you describe is probably done by someone else currently who is planed to work in a different direction from now on (you can imagine that with 80-90 people, some are changing positions from time to time to answer the demand in time t).
