It's going to be released tomorrow, I have that feeling in my bones again ..but.. it's right this time.. nah forget it, even I don't believe that crock anymore! :P

That is a speculated date. Google hasn't said anything about a release date

Never owned an android phone so I wouldn't know, but does Android firmware update consist mainly of new features ? or bugfixes(if any) ??
