Unless you're using an N8x0 or earlier, this thread is where you should be. And you will see there that irreco is EOL and qt irreco is the only active project.

Classic example of arbitrary Nokia decision making. Couldn't just fallback to the no brainer of tagging with lat/lon if network isn't accessible, could you Nokia?
