They aren't really ahead since you can only pay via CC which automatically clears 90% of the Dutch market including me

yes I agree with you but nobody is asking them to move mountains. How hard is it to set up a secure and stable ecommerce sight. How hard is it to pay a good software company to write some of the N900 apps. How much will it cost but peanuts to Nokia. How hard is it to communicate rather than leave it to speculators.
Nokia, gett your house in order ?

guys can some of you help me I've been trying to buy an app on ovi store but it doesn't seem to accept my visa it says "card usage denied, try again later or use another card". the card never gave any problem with any other online purchase. is there anyone with a similar problem?
cheers

Nokia needs to fire everyone involved in Ovi Store and reorganize

They seriously lack discipline and integrity
I can't even imagine this kind of conduct from HP/MS/Apple/Dell/etc

What a lazy bunch. They deserve to be fired indeed. The CEO looks indifferent to me, OVI store should be directly under him!!!!. How much of this nonsense will Nokia shareholders take ?

People seem to be in a downward spiral about Ovi Store around here, inspiring each other to make an even more numb-headed remark than the last person..

Pointless rants anyway.. the N900 is the most impressive "phone" I ever had! I remember thinking that making my own ringtones on the 3310 was top of the hill stuff

However, PradaBrada did have a good point about the credit card system. Paypal would be nice
