Okay folks! Just uploaded version 1.6-10 to extras-devel (should be downloadable in next 20 mins). This one includes very minor changes to theme itself (darkened the down arrow @ recent phone call list and changed all green phone icons to silver), but more important;
- this one asks during the installation if you would like to install custom transitions or not.
Ofcource if you have your own custom transitions.ini file placed at /usr/share/hildon-desktop/ it will remain untouched no matter what you choose during the installation. Custom transitions included with this theme only affects to Black Plastic Theme

Hey D, nice work. The pop up for the transition file install came up, but only with a yes option. To decline, do you tap outside the pop up? Not a difference for me as I wanted the .ini file anyway. Just thought you should know.

Edit: and in case if someone accidently tapped outside the box, here's the code (type in xterm) to bring in the customized transitions (rootsh must be installed):
sudo gainroot
cp -rf /usr/share/themes/blackplastictheme-themedir/transitions.tmp /usr/share/themes/blackplastictheme-themedir/transitions.ini

I knew I'd **** something up while doing something I didn't know what I was doing :-D
I messed the uninstall script with version 1.6-10 in the way that it won't upgrade correctly to never version.
So I already uploaded version 1.6-11 to fix this issue, but those who already installed the -10 version; you need to manually first go and uninstall the theme via application manager and then download the -11.
Sorry, my bad, and thanks again for testing folks.
@gabby, that's the way to do it

open app manager, click uninstall, type black plastic, click uninstall and voala!!!! the app is uninstalled......
after that, check for updates.
nothing will show up for black-plastic-theme (which is normal).
so you need to click back-arrow, tap downloads, tap all, type black-plastic click the awesome theme (tap "details first and see if the version is 1.6-11) then click install.....
