I sort of covered that here.

I am in two minds on removing it completely due to it causing confusion, or re-naming it to something like "Disable FlopSwap"

It's only function is to remove FlopSwap's upstart script and starting on swap uSD for new upstart versions. Different versions of upstart will react differently to it being disabled.

I was using it for diagnoses/isolation purposes, with a few people having a bit of trouble. It could be handy for some to disable FlopSwap on the next boot.
Ideally I'd like to make sure no other users are having any trouble before I decide and do a new build.

Flopswap will basically not function without it checked, depending on your version of upstart.
It is now a button that is still hanging around from previous versions for my personal debugging reasons, disabling Flopswap's upstart files and backwards compatibility.

"Check status" will always work it's "cat /proc/swaps" on a banner.
If multiple swaps or no swaps are active at any point Flopswap will show "Operation Failed" on all buttons except "Check Status".

Does all work fine with the checkbox enabled?
If not...
Code:
blkid | grep swap -- (may need root)
dpkg-query -W -f='${Version}\n' upstart
cat /etc/default/mount-opts-overwrite
cat /etc/default/mount-opts
cat /etc/fstab
After upgrading to latest CSSU-Thumb, I still have the problem of multiple swaps.
The results are in the attached file.

Issue Resolved.

Do not use sfdisk/mkswap on the device to make your partitions.
It doesn't give the partitions a UUID and FlopSwap cannot distinguish between internal partitions and uSD.

After using v0.1.1 for about a month, I am happy to report that all seems to work fine and even better than with the previous release.

I'm curious as to why there are all those "sleep" commands in swapswitch.sh?

Thanks for the report, I am working on another project at the moment but I intend to push one more small release in the near future.
This will be a quick UI change to the confusing checkbox "Disable FlopSwap"

Most of the sleep commands are to space the banner messages out so the user can read them. Others are to provide a few seconds sleep time between swapon/swapoff, this is more of a preventative measure to stop the watchdog kicking in.
