Uploading it would make it public, and e-yes couldn't make this on public for a reason, we all have to respect this reason, and wait.

A changelog would come in handy. Can I find it anywhere?

question: what is the difference between nitdroid and gingerbread (android 2.3) and is there a updated readme of what function nitdroid is still missing?

Mountig is not really necessary for removing.
Also we do not have aptitude on the N900, but apt-get.

NO, this will remove all Your Maemo programs/settings.

Uninstallation guide You will find on the wiki page (link in first post).
Here are the listings of 'empty' home directory and filled with nitdroid files. And a corrected remove script (not yet tested!).
Attached Files
File Type: txt nit_home_maemo.txt (493 Bytes, 101 views)
File Type: txt nit_home_nitdroid.txt (1.7 KB, 86 views)
File Type: txt nit_home_remove.txt (262 Bytes, 95 views)

Hi just wanted to share: I made a video tutorial of the install instructions. It's actually for personal use but I thought it might help others too. I initially posted here: http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...5&postcount=12

what i know is that nitdroid (android 2.2 or froyo) which is more stable and less laggy than 2.3 (which is gingerbread).so if u want to install applications they would be more stable in 2.2
