Indeed - I set it up on my n770 and even started.
I was able to see control interface using n810 browser.
Unfortunately I stopped it by closing ssh connection to n770 (mediatomb was
started there not using screen
Later I tried to run mediatomb again but I've got sqlite error:

2008-07-28 09:06:06 INFO: Initialized port: 49152
2008-07-28 09:06:06 INFO: Server bound to: 192.168.0.4
2008-07-28 09:06:08 ERROR: SQLITE3: (8) attempt to write a readonly database
Query:UPDATE "mt_autoscan" SET "touched"=0 WHERE "persistent"=1 AND "scan_mode"='timed'
error: attempt to write a readonly database

I have NO specific config - I just started after installation.
Tried to upgrade sqlite3 but no change.

Hi,

I install as root the library and the server ran well. Thansk. Actually, I was able to connect to the server through the opera browser, however, it warns me that "the features are limited with internet explorer" ... so it must have been a problem. I will try with minimo, or with firefox on a PC. Now i have to set up the usb host on my nokia, it looks like it is not that hard, I just have sort out all the tutorials for they can be 2 or 3 years old, and sometimes outdated !

Look at the permissions of the database file. Without further config it's located at $HOME/.mediatomb/mediatomb.db. If you start mediatomb as root, $HOME is /root if you start mediatomb as user, $HOME is /home/user
