That's for charging and connecting to a host computer. No USB Host until it gets demo'd (which it hasn't).

I remember at the begin they announced N900 will support USB host but now I heard nothing about that .
"The N900 will be upgradable to the next version of Maemo, Maemo 6, as every internet tablet has had a guaranteed support for at least 2 future OS's.' A comment made by Gsmyoda from forum Symbian-freak

Hi,

I'm trying to get my USB-Gamepad working on my N800.
in dev/input/ is
event0, event1, event2, event3 and mice.
which is not changing on pluggin in the Gamepad (in USB-Host-Mode)
Am I doing something wrong?
Is not every USB-Gamepad creating a eventX-file?
Or is maybe one of the files that one of my Gamepad which is there since the first try, so I don't see a change anymore?

My Gamepad is a X6-38V (you can find it on mega-world.com)

EDIT: How to install evrouter to maemo OS2008?

EIDT2: I tried another Gamepad (ripped it form my brohter ) and that one creates event-files on plug-in, which where deleted on unplugging... Just need to install and configure evrouter...
But as soon as I start usbcontrol the onscreen-keyboard doesn't work for the Terminal ...
