YAY! IT WORKED!


I ended up having ot edit it twice, and reboot twice as well. I think it was that I hit "save as..." and used that to copy a version onto my card beforehand, and it just edited that instead. I rebooted to see if it would work (though it was editing the original), and it didn't. So I went through the whole process again, this time without "save as...", just "save" when I was done.
