Successfully hacked gtk to always have wrap around regardless of the theme:

Deb:

After installing that deb, wrap around will always be enabled. That deb is for diablo only. And this is a hack of an very important component so be careful. Tested on my N800 with diablo fine (rebooted twice just to check)

If you don't want to install that deb, just using the sed line in the first post will be fine for the themes you wish to enable this on.
