I emailed them a couple of days ago about the problem.
First I got a reply in finnish saying "Sisällöt puuttuu" (in english, according to online translation, "content missing"
), but today I got another email from their support:
"We have to put the package to extras-devel because we use Qt. We are currently fixing this with Maemo.org"
So let's wait and see ...

We have to put the package to extras-devel because we use Qt. We are currently fixing this with Maemo.org. The package should be available in a couple of days.

digia@web is now available from extras-devel. Note that the .install link at maemo.org/downloads does not work
