Ok, I think I know the cause of the problem. It's because there are some unmet dependencies. On the maemo IRC channel, someone tested the package for me and it worked after installing some additional packages (namely libqtcore4, libqtgui4, libqt4-xml, and libaudio2).
I'm hopeful that uploading the package to the extras-devel and using apt-get instead of dpkg -i to install the application that it will solve the problem. I will let you know when it's done so that you can try again.

2 hours ago, I decided to give a try on installing Maemo SDK and building toMOTko. And now... I can see toMOTko running in the emulator! Isn't it amazing?!
Ok, it's not perfect. There are some small esthetic issues (fonts and layout) but it runs fine. I think that Hokir could use it.
Now... What should I do? How can I distribute the executable? Anyone can help?
I'm going to bed now. See you!
