Hi:
I can't connect with Bluemaemo in Kubuntu 9.04
Everytime I try hidd -connect I get the message: Can't get device information: Host is down.
What can I try?

BlueMaemo is in the "waiting for connection" screen ?
The correct command is "hidd --connect" and not "hidd -connect".

first start bluemaemo on the tablet and select new (open) (I don't remember) connection.
Then open a terminal and type
sudo hidd --connect <type your tablets bluetooth mac address here>
Your tablet will connect and you will be able to use it. Enjoy!
P.S. to find your tablets mac address type
hcitool scan
Now enjoy!!!
