I have similar porblems. In my case it's WPA with EAP/PEAP, EAP-MSCHAPv2. It connects fine and works but disconnects after a short time.
I looked in dmesg and found:

Looks like a problem with the AP, but it works fine with my N810.
Any idea? I saw bug reports which seem to have similar problems, but not exactly the same as me.
As it's not my AP i can't change any settings. Sad thing is, all the AP at the university i go to are configured like this, an I spend most of my time there. So for me it's more like "Offline as it happens" (There is a way without authentication but it needs vpnc with prorietrary parts )
