the app log is too long how do i post it because we have a limit of 15k i thing and th log is way beyond that.

do this.. clear the log with the clear button, then go and try and remove the rootsh, then check the log.

this is the error i am getting while trying to uninstall using x terminal:

another way to gain a root shell is to install openssh (server and client).it asks for a (new) root password to setup.
after that you can
ssh root@localhost
from terminal and make all needed root tasks.
