I got the similar email on Feb 10th for the rebate sent on Dec 30th. But when I go to web-rebates or nokia rebates, I can't find my rebate status...weird!!

There is already another thread about this & the various problems other people have had with the rebate:

In my case they mailed me a letter (no email, actual paper) saying I need to give them my ovi store username... which I already did on the form. I called them and after just 1 or 2 minutes on hold she said it was fixed and I should receive it in 30 days. We'll see.

Got the second email on March 12th that rebate is in processing and received the card today.
