When I enter that command, I get this error:
Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib.dpkg/), is another process using it?
Any ideas? Thanks for all the help

Hmm it seems I can't uninstall anything right now... I think I'll reformat the eMMC and do a regular format.

Close the App Manager first.
