The phone has an application manager that helps you through the application download process. Within the application catalogues listed there's around 17 Qt applications listed. I've not downloaded any myself.

No doubt there will be ways of installing others on the phone by storing the inst file on the device then running the file from the x-terminal window. Seek some developers advice for that stuff tho, again within the forum.

Based on your criteria; I'd have to say no. Don't get the N900.

Your criteria pretty closely matches mine and I've avoided a purchase so far.
