is there a place i can download the deb from?
and a command to force install it?

tried apt-get install canola2
but i get..
bla bla is not going to be installed, E: broken packages?

Not quite sure, but have you done

apt-get clean
?

clean
clean clears out the local repository of retrieved package files. It removes everything but the lock file from /var/cache/apt/archives/ and /var/cache/apt/archives/partial/. When APT is used as a dselect(8) method, clean is run automatically. Those who do not use dselect will likely want to run apt-get clean from time to time to free up disk space.

well, apt is not just saying "blah blah", it's telling you what the problem is

you've got conflicting packages (Edbus and one more), so remove them.

If those are left over from the Enna uninstall, they should be safe to remove.

apt-get remove

what am i supposed to remove though?

elf-core
python2.5-elf-core
hildon-imf-ecore
python2.5-terra
canolad
canola-thumbnailer

should i apt-get remove these?

and i dont know how to clean enna or canola2,
apt-get clean
or
apt-get clean enna

neither seem to help
