I'm thinking its something I downloaded has corrupted my phone. Because now, I can't change themes, pictures aren't able to be opened from the file manager. The Application manager is all screwed up. All my Repos are gone, the applications in the Uninstall section are no longer there (even though I can still use the apps). Annnd my conquered Angry Birds has to be re-accomplished. Like if I even attempt to toggle the sound, it crashes. My phone has AIDS so I'm just gonna flash it for the first time.

Try opening an x terminal and running this command
tracker-processes -r
Problem is sometimes caused when the device is connected to PC in Mass media mode. Try avoiding this.
