Then I suppose your problem is not with the useragent, but the proxy your provider forces you to use.

Doesn't matter how you trick the browser....the bottom line is we need Flash 10.1 to get high quality videos.

The reason why YouTube gave out poor quality videos in ZouTube and MediaBox was that, although a better video version was available, YouTube didn't report it as being available, so these players requested the low quality version.
The next versions of ZouTube and MediaBox are going to fix this, thanks to a community member who found out and supplied a patch.
