One look at the screen tells you it's Symbian, thread probably should be moved to 'Competitors' section.

Im not liking where nokia is going with the whole "non-removable battery".. Did they hire some apple engineers or something?

its not a Nseries or Eseries its a Cseries prototype hence why it as C0 in the corner which you can clearly see on the picture with the qwerty KB out, you can see the C0 on top picture on Nosa's post too if you make picture larger its under the left sensor

C have been used many times previously in the protos. N8 proto

Eldar Murtazin from MR thought it was going to be N8-1 but his not sure anymore. It will probally not be C7 because it's supposedly already leaked(http://i.afterdawn.com/storage/pictures/nokia_c7_1.jpg). E series would make most sense to me.

As far as the build quality it's clearly the same as N8. Body is all aluminium and the top and bottom(in portrait) is plastic.

It just does not scream Eseries to me as they usually look very classy looking

I agree. I think it actually looks pretty good and i love the fact that Nokia is using aluminium(it's light and you can compare my Zune HD aluminium back to my ipod touch 1G metal back after 2 years....), but i can't say it looks all E series and maybe even more imprtantly imo E series device should look different to N series device.

It would also make sense to release it as N8-1 like i believe it might have originally planned to be, but after the announcement of N series only being MeeGo don't thnk that will happen.

I don't see a point in iphone 4 resolution on a 3.5 inch screen.

My eyesight is great but 98 times out of 100 I don't notice individual pixels on N900. It's just more work for cpu and battery on the iphone.

Back to the topic, I'm liking the design however I'm thinking how easy will it be to press the buttons on the sides of the keyboard.
