now this is weird, I deleted all the connections that were there, rebooted the device (I was connected to wifi) and now the GPRS and the wifi where I was connected are still there, I tried doing this again and it's the same.

There were 5 connections in total, 3 were deleted, 2 weren't

now it seems everything is ok and it obeys the settings from the Internet Connection Manager
