You know I've just noticed that navit is not notifying me when I'm supposed to enter or exit a highway. Not good.

The navit package for the n8x0 is almost daily updated, new features are coming. I would not consider this orphaned ;-)

sondjata, yes I would appreciate if you could share your n8x0 config file. The one I am using is here.
