You might follow the really fine wiki entry here http://wiki.maemo.org/Repartitioning_the_flash
Although it might sound easier to just swap Mydocs and /home partitions, i still doubt the usability of a device that just could export the 2 GB MyDocs partition to any external PC.
You might want to look at solution #3 or #7 from the wiki

Easiest
Code:
echo "unit: sectors
> /dev/mmcblk0p1 : start= 64, size= 4194304, Id=0
> /dev/mmcblk0p2 : start= 4194368, size= 56631296, Id=0
> /dev/mmcblk0p3 : start= 60825664, size= 1572864, Id=82
> /dev/mmcblk0p4 : start= 0, size= 0, Id= 0" > table
This is just one command spreading 5 lines!
This just echoes the content between the "" into the file called table.

Take your time. For example 30min-1hr. Read whole document trough. Even parts you are not going to do. Itīs not as simple as N900 manual but then again stuff you are about to do demands quite a much knowledge about linux and command line.

reflash the EMMC or plug it into a linux based computer, load up gparted and try to format the MyDocs partition but I don't really recommend this..

DO NOT FLASH ANYTHING NOW!!!
Just continue the wiki setup. Right now there is no partition for /home and none for MyDocs as they are both set to 0 by sfdisk, you have to change the types and apply filesystems to your resized partitions.
