I appreciate your help, I already have a flood of knowledge about flashing in my head, but we're humans, we all forget sometimes. Here is exactly how I flashed it:
1. Turned off my N900, plugged a fresh charged battery from my Xpressmusic.
2. Opened flasher, executed:
flasher-3.5 -F emmc.bin -f
3. After completion, I executed:
flasher-3.5 -F fiasco.bin -f -R
4. After completion, my phone rebooted, I disconnected it, closed flasher, and the 5 beating dots appeared.
5. I waited 5 mins, no signs. I turned it off, plugged out the battery, plugged it in booted up, and it has been 8 mins with the beating dots.

Is it because of the NAND, did it get corrupt after the extensive amount of flashes? I am not using power-kernel, I mean, I did use it but I uninstalled it (by reflashing) in the past 2 weeks...
I'll leave it now, and gonna come back in the next 10 mins.

another suggestion from the 'so simple no one would forget THAT' side of things. ( I knoe because it's the kind of thing I do all the time).......
Do you have the image that you want to flash in the right directory? and typed/spelled it correctly? Is the emmc and root image freshly downloaded?Has it become corrupt? Maybe try a fresh download off the nokia site, or even a custom one from one of the guys here?

Just some suggestions that can get easily overlooked when flustered because your n900 wont work. I know from experience

I would say your phone is toasted. Have you tried removing the sim and sd card?

oh-thought of another one. Is the image still in .zip format, or extracted?

Please, no one suggest 'is the pc turned on' I'm honestly not trying to be sarcastic or anything, although I'm worried it might sound like it. I just want to suggest things that can easily be forgotten or overlooked, and you end up having a D'oh moment

No it is a .bin, I hope this is the problem, it looks deeper than that.
