I didn't specify it since I have already written about a chroot enviroment, I have added the package name in case.

Nothing to worry about, you're modifying the /floppy dir AFTER you have mounted the partition, so you're editing the mounted file. floppy is just a folder used to prepare the chroot.
Something which can be usefull: when you chroot your sdk image, you can access the opt partition only by going to /home/opt and not directly with the link /opt.

Thanks for your reply.
I installed easy-chroot, and everything goes well except that the qmake is an i386 binary file.
Any idea?

No clue why it happened, I did as I wrote and got an armel qmake binary.

Try this package, it is the armel version for sure.

i downloaded this package and failed to install it. "incompatible application package" error pops up. my device is PR3.
