afrinc,

please try the following (do it once just with the Thomson wifi and once with the AP wifi each)

From your PC. Telnet into your router as Administrator.
you can use ip number of the router
with thomson it is usually 192.168.1.254
ie
telnet 192.168.1.254
password same as webinterface
if the router does not answer you might have to enable telnet access from the webinterface but on most thomson's its always on.
if you use win vista or 7 you may have to enable telnet client from control panel -> add/remove programs -> add/remove windows functions

once logged into the router via telnet press ctrl+q
this will pipe routers detailed system log to the telnet console
now try to connnect the N900 via wifi
copy all the messages that show up from the telnet screen and paste/post them here.

Maybe we can tell what is wrong.

casketizer,

I did what you suggested, connecting to the telnet inteface, but when it freeze, I don't have output on my terminal.

Code:
{Administrator}=>[RALINK]: UpdateRxWCIDTable(): Aid=2, Addr=00:bd:3a:e5:a3:35!

{Administrator}=>C038 > 17:0.0.0.0:68->255.255.255.255:67 ACTI(0) : Route cache recovered : same destination intf
[MBUSD] Client callback invocation error from ctx=47:0 dd_client: invalid parameter!
[MBUSD] Client callback invocation error from ctx=47:0 dd_client: unknown error!

{Administrator}=>
{Administrator}=>C060 > 17:192.168.1.254:676->192.168.1.254:67 ACTI(0) : Route cache recovered : same destination intf

{Administrator}=>
{Administrator}=>[MBUSD] Client callback invocation error from ctx=47:0 dd_client: unknown error!
But, I'm now shure it's not an maemo/N900 problem.

I made some test removing my auto connections to SIP and XMPP.
The router is not freezing.
Connecting to SIP, still no problems…
Connecting to XMPP, it freeze !

Connecting from my laptop to XMPP, it freeze.

My problem is Thomson and XMPP.

Thanks for your help.

Sorry for the delay.

It might be that XMPP clashes with one of the application services on the Thomson. I don't know which of those your specific model runs by default. You should consult the command line reference manual.
Maybe disabling VoiP application service will help.
