downloaded it. The icons are nice but since they only cover the basic icon-set all other icons look odd. Kindly look through F2thak's F.D.B. Theme for better understanding on what all is available for editing. Looking forward to your interpretation of the UI.

Yeh, its very hard to do, also if i use his implementation i cant use themechanger, unless that app gets updated to work with third party icons.
I don't think i will do the whole ui, i did that with symbian though

I got an email from the ThemeChanger dev recently...

Version 0.0.2 is at apps.formeego.org staging area at the moment, and I have some future releases in the pipeline.
If you like to try out the testing version, you can download the Apps client beta enabler from:
http://apps.formeego.com/application...ler-harmattan/
or wait for the update if/when the version 0.0.2 is out.
Only new functionality in that version is the "fix emoticon cache" button to autofix broken corrupted emoticons some people are encountering.
The app is F/OSS and the source is in github: https://github.com/matrixx/ThemeChanger
Some part of the code is adopted from the widgetsgallery, which is also Open Source: http://meego.gitorious.org/meegotouc...widgetsgallery

@koe, the technical side is pretty easy but time consuming
you grab the folder where the icons are stored and just make new icons in photoshop the same size as the ones you are replacing.
Most are 80px by 80px
Then created a file called index.theme
which basically names the theme and tells the system to grab icons that arent found from the default theme.
ThemeChanger, does most of the work.
Like i said before if i manage to package the theme, i will post it on Apps For MeeGo
But ThemeChanger, doesnt support third party icons so its hard for me to add more icons as that would involve to much work

Why doesn't it show up in themeChanger for me?? I've copied the metro folder to usr/share/themes via ssh and nothing?? Only development and blanco..

Of course, apps you download yourself dont include metro icons, but they are the ones that are pre-installed.
Nice to see folder icon support too
