No probs but I would urge you to NOT re-install the OS if its able to boot into the homescreen...
If you can boot into the homescreen let me know we can recover it in a few mins instead of re-installing OS and losing precious data...

Well I can't see the homescreen, no icons or anything, all I can see is my lock screen and standby screen, which both work fine. That is why I am doing it this way... It is really weird.

Ok if that's the case can you now try plugging in your USB cable to your phone; do you get the menu asking for mass storage, sync & connect or SDK mode?
If we can connect it via SDK mode on a Windows PC too it can be fixed...

Follow till step 6 then once connected via puTTy just type:
Run Tweak LCode:/opt/N9QTweak/N9QT
Once this is done you can switch off, disable RD mode and your phone should work all fine

The apps screen wont load, I can't get into SDK mode. I have the screen that says "USB device connected" I can select "mass storage mode" or "Sync and connect". That is what I thought you meant. I don't have an option for SDK mode...
