Let's summarize...

apt-get upgrade is a bad idea. Please don't.

kernel installs/uninstalls/upgrades/downgrades through apt-get is guaranteed to produce unbootable device.

Charging battery enough to boot is done by hardware.
Charging battery to full requires working kernel and working OS.

LightRain's advice is sound, first flash kernel, if still unbootable (apt-get probably nuked kernel modules then), flash rootfs.

sorry for not replying this whole time. business took my life literally. well i tried everything you told me to do, but nothing happened. i post a video of how to phone responds when i plug in the charger (the same things happens when i try to turn it on)

LightRain explained very nicely what to do. Do you have feedback on that ?

Instead of showing a video of your N900 bootlooping, you could show what happens when you go through the steps of booting rescueOS to charge the battery full.

Trust me, it works (I did it 3 days ago), but you d better use a linux PC. And if you insist on using windows, certainly not a 64bit.
