I/ve deleted the sound files from mobile maps 9...from where I can dwnl them back...tks

Look at your PC where you've originally installed the software, it should be somewhere in c:\program files\...

Installation process is nothing but a recursive copy from PC to N900.

I currently have the maps, res folder etc in the root of mydocs. I want to move them to the root of the sd card or in another specified folder on sd card if I can. What do I need to alter so that sygic knows the new location?

I received a new N900 from Nokia due to a repair because the touch screen where broken and then Nokia gave me a new one. Now my activation/licence does`nt work. Anyone has a solution for this matter?
I tried to email sygic but still no answer. Maybe there is a shortcut on this..

unfortunately, while the sygic product is pretty good, thier customer service is terrible!

you may have to wait over a week to hear from them like i did.

ie- from the begining i had issues with thier download process only to be kicked out of the system saying that i had already dl'd all 5 copies i was alotted, though it was thier site that was kicking me off. started the contact with them the same day i purchased, 3/20, answered on 3/22. responded on 3/22 minutes after they responded to me, they responded on 3/26. responded back and forth with 3 email immediately with someone who apparently either did not read my email and gave me blanket responses, or doesnt understand thier process and how they work, then no response until 4/7! purchased the product and then couldnt use it for almost 3 full weeks!~!! with ill response from thier customer anti-service.

if there wasnt some other option that was viable for v-guided nav, id have canceled the payment with my c-card and flushed them.


after solving my problem for them, it works great and is a good product, i just wouldnt expect much from them.

i hope your experience is diferent.

Does anybody know how to change just the elevation settings?
I have everything set on miles (for the U.S.) and therefore, so is the elevation, showing 0.9 miles altitude.... Not too helpful.

The actual Map application is not visible to me in ovi store.
