I'll repeat what I said earlier (much earlier).
Nokia Regent Street staff training is the 16th. Phone release will be the 17th.
So that does not mean that the release date is on the 17th, it COULD mean that release is getting close. Nothing else.

It is told that they - as we already know - will not release the N900 due to problems and there is a possible 2 week delay ... so it's most likely not the 17th
