Is it safe to install from repos over the ones previously installed through commands from the 1st post?

hey karam i would like to ask u one thing. can u post the settings of xlv and other low voltage profiles with your custom karam profile? because i like the smart reflex and everything in ur profile plus the min n max frequency but i want lower voltage with it but im not good at it as i do not know what i have to change to set lower voltage. can u please post the new settings so that it uses lower voltage as in xlv and starving etc profiles?
thanks a lot

PS: if you removed the previous version before installing the new one

got that problem back, opened xterm and got this karam:
BusyBox v1.10.2 (Debian 3:1.10.2.legal-1osso30+0m5) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

-sh: /home/user/.bashrc: line 5: cannot create /dev/cgroup/cpu/user/2990/tasks: nonexistent directory
-sh: /home/user/.bashrc: line 5: cannot create /dev/cgroup/cpu/user/2990/notify_on_release: nonexistent directory
~ $

i tried cd /dev/cgroup/cpu/user/ like before and it came up with that,

BusyBox v1.10.2 (Debian 3:1.10.2.legal-1osso30+0m5) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

-sh: /home/user/.bashrc: line 5: cannot create /dev/cgroup/cpu/user/2990/tasks: nonexistent directory
-sh: /home/user/.bashrc: line 5: cannot create /dev/cgroup/cpu/user/2990/notify_on_release: nonexistent directory
~ $ cd /dev/cgroup/cpu/user/
-sh: cd: can't cd to /dev/cgroup/cpu/user/
~ $
it was all fine until my device froze for 30 seconds and rebooted

@corduroysack
you need to reboot twice after installing speedpatch

@zurrain101
well it's not exactly a new thread for low voltages
it's for improving N900 in common
so i think i will point to them
