Hello,

I've just released a new version (1.1), available on extras-testing.
This version fix the problem reported in some posts before, now the icons change accordingly to the rest of the system.

Hmmm... I have a space for 4 more app icons. (Quick-launch on N900 status bar.) http://twitpic.com/3airld

Any chance to add 4 more apps as option?

You mean another slot with other 4 apps ?
If so, this could be a deadlock, why stop a two 2 rows (8 apps)? There could be people who want n slots for n apps

Haha, you're right. I agree on your logic to limit the slot.

I didn't realize the power button menu brings up very handy
"search app". That will do.

Many thank for sharing this great app which enhance N900
UX a lot!

QuickLaunch before this update was ok!
But now this latest version doesn`t show icons in the powerkey menu!?!

It is not enabled by default. You have to enable it through the control-panel-applet.

Thanks for the quick answer. I restalled and after I installed new. Now it`s ok, although I don`t know the reason.

just updated to 1.1 i cant see icons for apps in statusbar menu. apps are there, but no icons.. im using the awoken icon theme.

Set them again, and restart hildon-status-menu. They will appear.
