I would like to use Xournal but it says this on the Maemo.org download page:
WARNING: Installing Xournal from this install file will add either "maemo Extras (chinook)" and "maemo Extras Devel (chinook)" repositories. I STRONGLY suggest you to remove the "Devel" one after Xournal has been installed.
What the heck does this mean? And maybe it's just me or my lack of technical sophistication. I'd like to try Xournal, but not until there is one that installs without asking me to hack my 800 (with Diablo). Please let me know.

anyone else having problems getting xournal installed on a n800 (diablo). If I go to maemo.org, browse to the xournal app, then try to install, application manager errors:
Unable to install xournal.
Some application packages required for
the installation are missing.
Clicking on the "Details" button reveals that the missing package is libhildonfm2.
Any ideas where to go next on this?
Indeed, there's a bug on the saved color, but the defaults are saved.
What I did:
Change tickness of the pen, set it as default and then save prefs.
Reloading Xournal restored my new default pen tickness.
