E: I wasn't able to locate a file for the bash package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package. (due to missing arch)

is it with the bash? Before installing gtalk video call, i install bash thru apt-get, in order for me to work with n9qtweak.
after installing gtalk video call, it reboots, but its normal to that app, but afterr seeing ing xterm, there is a problem, and per checking ovi store, gtalk video call had a problem installing.

if you want to re-install something you must add --reinstall
so:
apt-get install bash --reinstall
so:
apt-get install bash --reinstall
apt-get install -f
