You should set keys to use psx4m.
Check permission of file
/home/opt/psx4m/keys
EDIT:
Ok, I've figured it out, set up games directory and am trying a few games right now...
EDIT2: What are the controls?

Thanks for the reply, controls work.
As for the quality of the emulator, I'm fairly surprised.
All games I have tried are working (have launched, got in-game). I haven't found any major glitches in them, they look well and seem as playable.
The speed though is an issue. I understand there is no GPU acceleration present at this moment, thus all is relying on the CPU to calculate. That would explain the low framerate and slow sounds.
However, my N900 is on default clock (600Mhz) and it doesn't work that bad. I've set frameskip to 7, cycle to 4 and it's working anywhere from 10fps to 30fps.
I imagine that in the future it will get only better.
