Uploaded (again) new version to devel. Only change is that now the terminal window is not shown to user when he launches the setup from the shortcut

It's correct but really that folder is located under /opt and /usr/share/themes is just a symlink, so it's not taking any of your rootfs. You can verify this by checking your rootfs amount, then uninstall the theme and check again ;-)
