Anyone with update issue have any dev apps installed with known issues, you might want to start there?

I ran the apt-get dist-upgrade with 60MB, it ran but eventually said there wasn't enough space to continue the install stage... any idea what I can do?

... apt-get -f dist-upgrade seems to get it going again.

USA should start getting OTA notifications in about 20 minutes. In synch with people getting up on the East Coast...

This did the trick. For any others that might be having this problem (app manager reporting you need to update via PC that is), I simply removed IOQuake and OpenArena.

Just reinstall them after the update.

Ta!

I bought my device on launch day in the UK, and I've had no problems with seeing OTA updates.

Part of the reason may be because I don't have UK-specific firmware, but as someone pointed out earlier in the thread, content-delivery networks take a while to get themselves up to date, so it's probably just a matter of waiting.
