Because this site does not enforce Nokia policy. Users are free to discuss what they want, even if that includes loading a leaked RC on their device. The onus is on Nokia to enforce their own policy and ensure future leaks don't happen.

hmm. the title of this thread is a bit misleading.
"Internal test build of pr1.2 leaked"
would be more appropriate. Anyway, fun times :-)
I was amazed that this didn't happen sooner. Anyway, if this was a March 31 build I'm guessing it's the latest RC. So unless there are no major fixes needed it should be released pretty soon.

Still Voice only
Will try Google Talk Video Calling to see if they've improved that...

One would think it would be better to close it and announce that the sharing of unofficial RCs is not allowed. By allowing it to continue not only is the wrong allowed to go on - but you are also indirectly condoning it - and the fallout from it (messed up devices, etc).
Guess I don't understand the logic.
