If you want an easy way to apply the keyboard, do it via N9quicktweak. I believe it is mod D and has most of the keyboard themes in this thread.

Edit: The exact keyboard you pointed out is not available via N9qt but a similar one without the numbers on the top is.

you can change the icons by yourself, find it in usr/share/[your theme]/meegotouch/icons, there are about 10 icons you should revert to black, use MS Picture Manager for the easiest way
