Is the new camera-ui supposed to work with force rotation enabled? In landscape it works fine, but when I turn the device (camera-ui changes to portrait) the preview picture is only 1/3 of the size it should be.

but by reducing the widget opacity to zero to get rid of shortcut backgrounds it makes some widgets like calender very hard to see depending on your wallpaper...so this is not an ideal solution.

This doesnt help as my widget opacity was already at the maximum (255)

Well Nokia do at least know how to build a decent phone, just apparently don't know how to support it..

This doesnt have any effect. My problem with modest crashing happened on the previous update, tree view was not in that update so this isn't my problem

I know that's what I said above. But some people don't use widgets so it mat have been useful to them.

d-iivil has commented that he was going to ask them to put it back in.

Yeah I figured as much

Tbh modest only made emails quicker to send by a bout 10 seconds. Its not the nicest email app to use quickly (yet)

Ill reflash when I can be bothered! Nothing else is broken just modest and I dont wanna lose all my customisations

Someone needs to make a way to backup everything like theme folders ect.
