Who's excited about the NEXT RELEASE of N920? I sure don't after having experience what have gone through with this N900 with delay after delay after delay. Waiting for a NOKIA phone to be released is like waiting for eternity.

I just called nokiausa to ask where my order was since I see they have a pre-auth on the full amount and she said its being prepared for shipment. Im hoping to get some kinda tracking today. i also got an email telling me this friday.I hope the preparing part isnt just a stall to hold my money or i'll be pissed because they wont refund me now.

I also called NOKIA USA about my September 24th preorder. They said that the "released for shipment" email I received on Saturday meant that the phone was in a Fedex package waiting to be picked up and that I should expect a tracking number later today.

I am happy for anyone who has received their phones but it upsets me that I bought into the NOKIA USA BS and paid $100 extra to have my phone shipped after preordeders from Dell over a month later.

I also got an email stating Dell shipping my N900 on 22Nov (yesterday). With ground shipping estimated delivery is 25Nov. I suspect I'll get it by then because the holiday usually helps UPS deliveries arrive on time in my experience.

To the people complaining about delay after delay, it hasn't really been like that. It might seem that way if you are checking every hour of every day, but in reality Nokia hasn't done that bad of a job. Sure, not perfect, but the only delay has been from Oct to Nov (in USA). Now it is Nov and shipments have already started.

I understand if someone is leaving the country and needs an exact day, but situations like that are not Nokia's fault are they?

Anyway, I hope everyone receives their N900 soon!

For people that cannot wait, I bet there are people here that would give up their N900 to someone in a tight situation (leaving country, etc.). At the most, that would mean a few more weeks of waiting for a new order to arrive. Some of us have patience

This ordering experience prove Amazon SUCKS compare to Dell. Next time, i will order from Dell. Amazon is losing its customers if there is another time.
