You seem to have a good handle on this subject. Just curious. Do these sets of sattilites all use the same radio frequencies and protocols?

Hi, I'm with the same idea in your brother.
I want to include a GPS in a racing car.
Here in Argentina it buy the Holux M 1000 C, but not if it's possible to get this GPS 5Hz, could it?
Please can you tell if it's possible?
and if possible, as they did?
