Ditto for me too.

Ok. I will clean the package a bit, and will try to improve the performance, and will upload a package in some place.

As very late it will be for the next weekend. This week I will be very busy, but I will try to get some free time to do it before of the weekend.

I have uploaded a package to extras-devel repository. If everything is OK it will be available in about 30 minutes.
You will need to have the extras repository activated, for the whole python stuff.

Some comments, I have tried to improve the time of load, but I have managed very little effect.
The first time, as already I said, it load in 5 minutes (you can go to drink a coffee), it needs dump all the information nutritional from the ingredients to the database.

The package uncompressed is about 7.5 MB, the half of which is from the ingredients information.

About the keyboard bug in the n810. If you have the keyboard opened before to run Gourmet, you can use the keyboard without problems.
But if you run Gourmet and then you open the keyboard, Gourmet will be closed.
There could be some another thing that doesn't work, but of what I have tested the previous it's the most important thing, and the slowness of course.

When the package is in the repository, you can use the following install file (just now it doesn't work): http://repository.maemo.org/extras-d...ourmet.install

BTW, I have thought to write some plugin for Canola, it would be cool a recipe reader, would not it be?

I hope that you are successful because this sounds like a most useful addition to our Nokia tablets!!

I too am late arriving at this thread, but I want to add my thanks and encouragement to Yerga...this would be a great addition to my IT. I haven't been able to find/dl it yet (got the 404 just a minute ago), but I'll keep my eye on it, thanks!
